Digital Safety For real life.

Digital Abuse Is Real.
This Is How You Protect Yourself and the People You Love.
A practical workshop for individuals and parents who want to feel safer and more in control online.

We’re online every day, but most of us were never taught how to stay safe.

We all use the internet without a second thought — but few people realise how quickly everyday interactions can become unsafe.

A friendly message, a shared photo, or a comment that seems harmless can quickly cross boundaries or be used to cause harm.

Digital violence is one of the fastest-growing forms of abuse, affecting people of all ages and backgrounds, especially women, teens, and young adults. It includes manipulation, harassment, stalking, and the misuse of technology to control, intimidate, or shame.

This workshop is part of the UN’s 2025 Global Theme for the 16 Days of Activism: UNiTE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls.

The campaign calls attention to a new front of gender-based violence: the digital space — and invites all of us to help create safer, more respectful online environments.

We’re hosting this workshop to make that message practical, actionable, and accessible to anyone, anywhere.

Because online safety isn’t just a women’s issue.

It’s a human one.

And when we understand how digital abuse actually works, we can stop it earlier, respond more confidently, and help others do the same — no matter where we live or work.
