Do I need any fitness or experience to attend?
No. These sessions are designed for complete beginners. The techniques taught work regardless of your size, strength, or fitness level.
Where do sessions take place?
Private and group sessions are held in Hillcrest and the surrounding Durban area. We come to your venue where possible.
How many people can attend a private session?
Sessions work for individuals, couples, and small groups. We adjust the content and pace based on who is in the room.
Is this suitable for teenagers?
Yes. We regularly train teenagers alongside parents or in dedicated youth sessions. The content is adapted to be age-appropriate and relevant to the real situations young people face.
How is this different from a martial arts class?
This is not ongoing martial arts training. It is a focused practical session that teaches threat recognition, boundary skills, and simple physical responses you can use in real life without years of practice.
