High School Personal Safety & Self-Defense Training

Risk recognition, boundaries, de-escalation, online safety and age-appropriate physical skills.

Teaching teenagers how to stay safe before situations escalate.

Teenagers don’t lack confidence. They lack experience reading risk, especially under social pressure.

Most unsafe situations involving teens escalate because boundaries aren’t recognised early, fear overrides instincts, and social dynamics make it harder to act.

This training teaches students how to recognise danger early, trust their instincts, and respond before situations spiral out of control.

What students learn

  • How boundary testing shows up (and why it matters)
  • What fear feels like in the body and how it affects decisions
  • How to exit situations early without freezing or complying
  • How body language signals vulnerability or confidence
  • age-appropriate physical skills as a last resort
  • How to handle peer pressure without acting “tough”

This training builds self-trust, not bravado. The focus is on prevention, awareness, and good decision-making, not encouraging confrontation.
